Privacy policy

This policy applies to the use of lenzora.ch and enquiries sent through it. It does not describe separate contract, invoicing or personnel administration.

1. Data controller

2. Website access and hosting

When you visit our website, technically necessary data is processed to deliver the pages. This may include your IP address on the Infomaniak server and the upstream HTTPS proxy. How long that proxy retains connection data depends on its configuration. Our separate page-view statistics record only the time, requested page path, HTTP method and response status – without IP addresses, cookies, referrers, query parameters or user-agent information.

3. Contact form and email

When you submit the form, we process the contact details and service information you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The details are validated on our server and sent by our protected mail service over an encrypted SMTP connection to our Infomaniak mailbox at info@lenzora.ch. The sending address is mathulan.sathiyaparan@lenzora.ch. To limit spam, temporary technical counters for form enquiries are processed in memory; we do not store form content in our own database. If you contact us directly by email, the relevant email provider also processes your message.

4. Page-view statistics

We count page views internally using a restricted-access server log. We do not create visitor profiles, count unique visitors or use marketing cookies. Log entries are kept in size-limited Docker logs (up to three files of 5 MB each) and overwritten when the logs rotate; there is no fixed time-based deletion period. The upstream HTTPS proxy may keep separate technical logs.

5. Cookies and external services

This website does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies and does not load external fonts or embedded maps. We will review and update this policy if further services are added.

6. Retention and recipients

We retain enquiries only for as long as needed to process them and, where necessary, to maintain relevant records, subject to statutory obligations. Infomaniak is involved as our technical email and server provider. The infrastructure and actual logging settings of the reverse proxy you operate must be checked before the website goes live.

7. Your rights and contact

Under applicable Swiss data protection law, you may in particular request access to your personal data and, where the legal requirements are met, its correction or deletion. Please contact mathulan.sathiyaparan@lenzora.ch.
